- Out of wild-wild-web security reasons, I no longer have a public log in link to my student portal, here on my main website.
HOW TO LOG IN TO YOUR COURSES
Back when you first purchased your courses or membership with me, you have received a welcome email with your login information. Go to your email inbox, and try to find back to the date where you signed up. Then you should be able to locate that email in your inbox. Also make sure to check your spam folder, if you can´t see the email in your inbox.
In that email you will find the link to log in.
I advise you somehow save that to your computer or write it down on paper, so you can always and easily find it.
HOW TO GET HELP FROM ME TO LOG IN
If you cannot find your log in link or in any other way need help to access your content, always just reach out to me by writing me an email on hello @ idaandersenlang.com and I am always ready to help you from there.
Please make sure in that email to inform me about your full name that you signed up with, and what email you used to sign up with as well. Then I can help you as fast as possible.
You will receive an automated email from me, saying that it can take up to five weekdays to hear from me (I can be ill, on weekend or just have a lot of emails to answer). I do however check my mail daily and answer as fast as possible.
If your feel your request is urgent, please in the subjet line for your email, write “URGENT” and then what your request is about fx “log help” – so I can get back to you as quickly as ever possible.
